Proposal about inactive players
#1Some turn their mines down before they quit. Please make their mines productive again when they get little i beside their planet in galactic view.

#2-1, they are probably lowered due to energy cost so making them 100% will make little to no difference, and people who quit, I doubt take the time to turn off mines...

#3They lowered mines so nobody would gain resources from them and stopped playing.
In this game there is constant frenzy for resources and people get hit for them.
