phalanx only shows flight activity. it wont show fleets that are docked.

The probes will show your fleet as reinforcements on the planet. I'm not sure about the phalanx, but I think it would show the return times of your fleet.

if you are defending said planet from another planet then yes it will show up on phalanx just like any other mission...

does it show the flight times or the stay over time? like the entire acs time?

It will only show arrival time (time it will reach the target) and return time (time it will dock at origin planet).
If it was recalled before it reached the target it will show the time it was recalled as arrival time.

And If u defend from moon,then they cant detect?

Any missions involving a moon cannot be detected using the phalanx unless the involved moons are popped.
