Here are example percentage with expedition:

20% - Supernova, bla bla bla ... Nothing happens
20% - Your fleet was highjacked by space pirates. They demand pay 50% of fleet cost to send in back to you.
20% - Your fleet found ships in perfect condition. (you recieve 30%-50% of send ships)
20% - Your fleet found an unhabited planet. They filled 30% of cargo capacity with Metal, Crystal & Deut ratio 4:2:1
10% - Your fleet was sucked into a blackhole. Your fleet was destroyed
10% - Your fleet found ships in perfect condition. (you recieve 50%-75% of send ships)

The percentage is not finished, just wrote with a suggestion %.
