it sees more and more common the only way people can get members in their alliance is intimidation....3 times since ive been back ive gotten messages saying join my alliance or be farmed?


today i got a fourth...some guy decided to raid me and take my overnight res production...so i was thinking oh well a few million resources....he has the stones to send me a message saying join SE and he would recall?
Really SE for a high ranking alliance thats how you try to get members?

Now does this seem logical to anyone what kind of loyalty and respect to leaders expect to get from people forced to come into their alliance i just dont see the logical reason to be doing this...to me its kinda a joke and makes me lose any respect for the alliance that i hear actually does this...

AOP tried it on my just a few weeks ago...RU tried it before as well...just seems pointless...

No one cares for me enough to threaten me to join their alliance. But that is wrong. If anything, that would persuade me to not join their alliance. Ru really threatened to farm you? IMO, farming out of spite is not cool at all. I mean, if you want to teach someone a lesson, attack them once, but don't oppress them. Some people really just need to lighten up and realize that not everyone is unhappy with their alliance and willing to join another one. Asking nicely is the best way to recruit members, but... darn, I forgot what I was going to say. Anyway, this is what I think. If I remember what I had to say, I'll either edit or post later.

I think if you want to use intimadtion to get Alliance team mates then do it!!!! Its all about War, hey if they wont join you go to war with there alliance and pummel them till they cant breathe anymore.

In fact if they dont have an alliance and you dont like them bash them anyway (obviously staying in the bashing rules)

Josh i like you, but i like SE's style!! If thats the way they role declare war on them with your alliance, if your alliance is too weak maybe you should join them
