Ok. this is for a merger:
Internal area
First things first. If you are not sure about what playing style you want, you really need to think about it. Once you decide, it will make your life easier. In any case, those in a rank higher than Colonel are considered instructors. These are people who know what they are doing, and if they are stronger than you, you need to listen to them. that is all.
Alliance Rules
1. Do not attack fellow members, or Esp them.
2. Those more than 5 days inactive will be kicked, also, if there is a V-mode, it must be announced. If an unforseen circumstance required your immediate abscense, pm the leader and explain the situation, and you may be allowed back in the alliance.
3. Be Involved! If you have a problem, just ask. That's what alliances are for.
4. Do not attack other alliances on our behalf unless asked to.
5. Help out others if you can. If you help someone else, they may help you later on.
6. No trolls or beggars are allowed. Be one and you will be kicked and destroyed.
Concerning Military Matters:
If you are attacked, 90% of the time it is because you are a profit. We will not help you if you are a profit, and, sorry, we can't help against someone far stronger than us. However, we can help if you have been attacked repeadeatly for no reason, or out of spite. We will first negotiate, and, if that fails, all who are able will go to war.
Concerning Ranks:
Anyone above Colonel is a leader, and has to take on the responsabilities of a leader, but a leader also has a say in administrative matters as well as a vote on applications.
Leader: The leader. The head guy. Position taken, sorry
Consul:100,000+ Consuls can also be temp leaders if ALK
is absent.
General: 90,000-100,000
Marshal: 75,000-90,000
Colonel: 60,000-75,000
Major: 45,000-60,000
Captain:30,000-45,000
Novice:0-30,000
