[Implemented] V moders / scoreboard
#1If the V moders are no longer include in Ranking system, I strongly believe that Scoreboard also should clear from their domination.

#6Implemented. Allow 2-3 hours for all categories to properly adjust to new changes as this required an in-depth change of calculation.
