Could IPM messages go under combat reports. They qualify as an attack, and when your being espionaged a lot, you tend to miss them, then wonder where all your defenses went. Just a small suggestion. Or would this cause complications with the bashing rule?

In addition to this it would also be great if the person that launched a missile attack got a damage report upon impact.
