As you know the overview screen tells you when you are constructing a building and appears as "non-active" when you are not. It would be a nice touch, and quite useful in my opinion, for it to also tell you when you are researching or producing ships/defenses in the same way as it does with buildings. What do you guys think?

Definatly. It is an overview screen after all. Perhaps they could also tell you what you are building and the time left...

How about on the empire screen can you make it that when we click a picture of one of our planets we can go to the overview of the planet that we click on.

Nothing of this has been implemented yet. And people, yes it's a grave dig, but that was the point: to bring back old suggestions to clean up this section. We don't need spam to point that out to us.
