Even when ACS goes live, there is currently no way to send two of your own fleets on an ACS attack, unfortunately.

I don't think I made my question clear. What I was trying to ask is if you have to have an ACS depot on the planet you wish to launch an ACS attack from or if you simply have to own one on a planet. I was not asking about if you could send more than one of your own fleets on an ACS attack mission. Here is an example to try and make it clear

Lets say I have only one planet with an acs depot but I want to organize attack a planet with other alliance mates 3 galaxies away. The question is do I have to send the fleet from the planet three galaxies away or can I send it from the planet in the same galaxy as the target.
Those with nothing to loose have the most to gain. Long live the Miner!

You can only send from planets that have their own ACS Depot or from moons that either have their own ACS Depot or whose planet has an ACS Depot.
