#2The 1:1:1 thing refers to your location to the universe. The first number being the galaxy, the second number being the system, and third being the planet slot.
I believe with the zorg rubies, there's a link at the bottom of the overview page.

#4You must need more resources, or it's a bug. Unless you mean simultaneous building (building defense + ships at the same time), which we don't have.

#7there is a Zorg Empire Plus option that gives you building queue of an extra 3 buildings for 7 days at the cost of 5 Zorg Rubies
the queue will only let you stack buildings into it so they immediatley start when the one above it is done, its impossible to have more than one building at the same time on the same planet
