RL is keeping me very busy these days and it's gonna get worse (I'm from south africa and preparing for the FIFA world cup 2010).

So time is very scarce for me... and my friends and alliance don't deserve the little attention i can give them at the moment, so i'm staying in v-mode indefinitely and calling it quits!

I'll pop in every now and then to say hi but as far as game-play goes that's it for me..

Goodluck to Roguespear(new leader of AZG!) and the rest of AZGUARD (and ex-AZGUARD members), you've all been great and made the last year the most fun i've ever had in online gaming!

To all my rivals and enemies, alll who hunted me relentlessly and sometimes had to pull off a miracle to "catch" me (yeah gumppy i'm talking of that legendary hit ) ... there are SOOO many of you so not gonna call you on your names, but you know who you are - thank you for a great game and a great adventure! This is by far the best community i've ever had the privilege of being a part off!

Your true understanding what these type games was about is what makes you great.

History may show you on the wrong side of some CR's but you never lost your head understood it was a game and above all was honest,(that honesty made the legendary hit special..more so than the hit itself )

I've already said goodbye and good luck to you in the pms Def, but in the public forum let me just say that you are definitely one of, if not the, best alliance leader I've ever served under. Ive learned a hell of a lot from you, about zorg, about diplomacy, about how to run an alliance. But Ive also learned alot about honour, loyalty and sportsmanship. I used to think it was enough just to never betray an ally, to look out for alliance members, to refuse to quit after a stroke of bad luck. But having played alongside you, Ive learned its more than that. It's to be gracious in defeat and victory, to respect your enemies, to communicate freely with and help other players, regardless of whether they are allies, unknown or enemies. To play the game for fun, for the whole community.

We'll miss you Def, the Zorg community as a whole and Azguard in particular. You better stick to those weekly visits
