Sure.... just find a no-grav room somewhere on the planet Earth and I will give you your fleet back. You can build a hovercraft at home pretty easily if you set your mind too it. Some times you only need a vacuum. And we have hovercrafts now that are used in some places, no need for inventing a no-grav room (although that would be kick-***)

There are hover cars in progress now!!!
I'd love to get my hands on one.

What about Jet-Shoes in the Outer most space

They already make hover cars. google it. they look bad a$$. been around for years just not on the market.
