I make sigs too when the mood strikes me or when I get a request. I'm not uber like WS and TGE but I'm good enough to get by.

To be Honest, I havent really seen very many sigs in forum that werent more than a copy of a pic resized and some text put on, but that is just my opinion.

A lot of the time that is what looks the best and not every one is a flippin amazing artist who can create beautiful looking character and or scenes. I do some of my stuff from scratch but most of it is just added effects and text.

while I agree that there is much art out there that can be used, I wouldnt go all gaga because somebody copy/pasted one and put a name on it.That is all I'm saying.
