Changes in vacation mode:
-You gain no resources.
-Ship/Defense production is halted till you get out of it.

Fixes:
-You can no longer launch Missiles while in VMODE.
-You can no longer access building/fleet/missile/resource/research/defense pages till you actually return from V-MODE

Facts:
-V-MODE remains till you return from it. Automatic return is NO LONGER in effect.

Future Considerations:
-Increasing 48hours gap between VMODE to another VMODE to something greater (ie 72hours).
