Like if the defender posts it and says, oh well it was a cheap shot I was lagging, or something along those lines, where they make the hit look less impressive. People have a tendancy to believe the first thing they hear.

lagging? they can only make themselves look worse. smarter players can smell the BS

If a big Bully breaks someones legs at school..do you expect him not to tell? Alot is being made of this when if we broke it all down the amount of posts by a losing party in this thread could be counted on 1 hand if we broke 2 or 3 fingers.

and 1 of the biggest hits that ended in a tie wasn't even posted by either member...who gets the rights in a tie??

To be honest the top 10 players are a different story, who cares if their fleet is posted?. If they're attacking here and there?. They don't give a damn about that. In particular, SBT probably knows the size of the top fleeters and, being him a big fleeter and number 2 in rank with such a large difference, it would be very difficult for any of them to really gain much profit from his fleet (correct me if wrong, but i'm sure most of the top fleeters besides SoC have fewer ships than you, not even considering RIPs you may have with your ships for fleetsaving purposes, and SoC is in your alliance thus he won't attack you). I'm sure you'd love having the losers posting the CRs of their loses to know the names of the winners and see who has gotten a nice fleet and, with some luck, get an idea of where it's floating around.

As to "if you want to keep off the radar, don't attack actives" is stupid, not everyone started playing this game at the same time, some joined not too long ago and one of the main appeals of the game is to attack other players, if lower players want to keep attacking and having fun while staying off the radar then they should be the only ones to have to option to post the CRs (the winner that is, if the attacker crashes his fleet on defenses then it's up to the defender to post it).

To post CRs is a kind of trophy, that's why there's a HoF, let me remind you what this means: Hall of FAME. If you feel you did a great hit then you post it, if you did a small hit but profitable then you don't post it, unless you want to, it's up to you as you are the winner in a competitive game and that's your prize along with the pixels of profit.

all i am saying if you have teh balls to attack an active player have the balls to have the hit displayed in the forums. quit crying. i started 2 months after the game started and i never played this kind of game before. gump was reset to 0 not too long ago and he has the 3rd largest fleet in the game.

I did not say stop attacking active people. i said if you dont want your hits to be posted dont attack. be proud in your work post the hit yourself before the the target posts it. if you think you will stay off the radar by not having your hits posted you are naive.

I like what zookon is doing he knows that he cant be the best if he is too afraid to post hits. i have had heat on me from the start and you know the saying heat and pressure make diamonds, if you are properly fleet saving and being very paranoid then you have more chance at living a long time. if you are relaxed and hoping people wont notice you you will log on and your fleet wont be there

you hit someone its going to without question of provication going to get to 3 people atm..SoC SBT and myself!!!tips fly in daily to all 3 of us..and we are smart enough to calculate from rankings page, probes of your planets..and from tips what you have.

and that ACTIVE counter is bull crap...the realistic # actual play this is far less and an even smaller percentage that are active more then 4 times a week


go thru this "TROPHY'' forum you speak of and show me the links of a loser posting the CR..when that # reaches 5 let me know and maybe we can start pushing a panic button..after 7 months of live play

last time i checked this was a game pure and simple..telling someone else how they have to play it or what they can and can't post...to some degree and keeping it clean...is how was it put..just stupid!

To be on topic.. I actually don't mind losers posting IF the attacker hasn't done so after 12-24 hours and that's about all I want to say about it and.. well... and nothing, that's all folks!
