I believe he is in Reloaded. It has happened to me a few times as well. The deuterium consumption from moon to colony is "0" so none is required when only launching one EC. I usually switch colonies/moons, go back to the fleet and try again. It has been some time since i have experienced this but will try to keep log of when it does happen.
^What Overdose said. The deut consumption for the mission is and should be 0, so I don't see how storage available on the moon should be relevant.

All sorted then markd315? lol.

Was it you who had posted the ship icons, the colourful alternatives? If so, how did that pan out?
I mean I get the issue from time to time but there are workarounds. They should probably change the minimum consumption to 1, that might fix it for good.

I was the ship icon guy, I did 1/4 of the ships and had to stop for now, got busy with some other stuff.

They'll probably still be done eventually.

Yes, if it costs nothing to fly a ship that distance then flying it anywhere should also cost nothing. I mean, nothing to send it short distance, send it 500 X as far, 500 X 0 = ... 0! lol. So, yes a minimum of one should cure it and make more sense to boot.
Then it could be argued that it increases exponentially or some equation would make sense of it.

The ship icons. It would be nice if they were implemented, but I will not hold my breath. A shame as they looked great.
