i am not on that often so yeah, i am assuming they are then miners and fleeters cause those are the better ones.
raiders will become useful when people start going inactive and have real mines

I forgot to say this so thank you zorg for this new server i found no problems except for earlier problems that were fixed this universe is AWESOME!!!

has the expedition rate changed then? i thought it was always the square root of the level e.g. an extra expedition slot at 1 4 9 16 .....
