No one on the server has that in game name. Accounts are automatically deleted after 45 days of inactivity (exception: Accounts with 50 rubies or more). If you want to delete this account to start a new one, just start the new one without entering the old account ever again. If you want you could always make another account if yours was deleted due to inactivity.

There is no harm in starting again after all we learn from the basics in the beginning if we all started out strong we wouldn't know much of anything. Think of it like this a baby learns to walk but what if that baby was already walking when it was born it wouldn't be safe for the baby it might walk into the street. We all learn the basics again at some point.
