how this can be done simple when you cancel aynthing in queue you will get back resurses but 80% will spend when you cancel you will get only 20 % resurses back
or we can do when you cancel you will get 50 % resurses you did spend.

100% resources refund... If you cancel ordered research did it takes 80% away? Or if you cancel building?

I like the main idea. With no resources loss will be fine by me...

I've read all of the 6 or 7 previous suggestions of this...
Most of them were declined because you can order ships before attack - then cancel them... Isn't it the same with Researches/buildings? Currently I can hide way more than 400mil res with 1 research and 1 building... So hiding 1 mil resources is not acceptable, but hiding 400 mil is acceptable (no baiting/trolling intended).
