When logging into the forums, i usually select "hide my status this session" and my IGN is not listed at the bottom of the index page. It is now and i am wondering why when i clearly selected for it NOT to be. Not a huge deal but thought it was worth mentioning.
What IS a huge deal is that i recently purchased some rubies, the funds were taken from my account yet no rubies were added.
I would like this taken care of as soon as it can be.
Has anyone else experienced this before?

#2For rubies, usually they arrive instantly. At some rare cases, depending on PayPal load it might take a while. The worst case (1 recorded) was about 24 hours. A few else were cleared in a few hours. The best way to avoid this, is to click the link Return to Website. This will ensure instant delivery. At all cases, if you have not received rubies, the best course is to contact us through email.

#4For the record, you should never wait too long for such an issue before you notify us. Usually, you should inform us within the first hour. For your convenience.
