You mean like actually make it? Or where does the URL go?

Making it requires knowledge of Photoshop or some other graphics program which I doubt I could teach you to use; I'd suggest Google Images or asking someone to make it for you.

For putting it on the Alliance Page, you need to go into Manage Alliance, there should be a box under Options labelled Alliance Logo; you paste the URL there.
