Could someone tell me what would happen when you are under attack and you decide to deploy the last minute, so attacker will deal with defenses and will be the only looser. Then when you are ready to deploy a warning green sign flashes saying "Attack is no aloud during updates" the same would happen with the maintenance, can you imagining this situation.

Excellent point and one I have considered.

The other one is logging in and finding out that ACS Attack was added overnight and <BOOM> there goes the fleet. There doesn't seem to be much warning about these kinds of things (game code changes being installed and server maintenance).

Hehe, i have a flask of coffee ready for the night that happens.

Thinking about it.. in one well placed update night the entire hierarchy of the game could be re-arranged, scary thought don't ya think? Though the solution to your worries are fairly simple.

Anway, i'm pretty sure Zorg said something a while back about fixing it so you can send missions during updates. Nothing's changed for me though, i still get the green text.
