Catch fleets passing nearby

Sats would pick up any fleet moving thru your solar system and relay the info to your Fleet Command,

--A Fleet from XXXX - too - XxxxX system
is moving thru your System x:x;:x
mission - attack / Deploy / transport / ect. ect. ect
"
not attacking you, just "flying thru" your "air Space" on its way else where

fleet launched from system 150 - too - 100, -
fleet speed 1 hour too target
1 hour return
you have Planet / Moon in system 115, so the fleet must
as we called it "Fly Over" you on it attack mission and its return flight Home
Fleet time 1 hour / 50 systems is just over 1 minute in your "Space"
So your window of opportunity was small to launch an attack on the hostile fleet as it moves thru your system,
also you had to be online to see the message,
ie:
You snooze = You Loose

2 players colonized slots in my area of Operation's,
and had to "Fly Over" me to deploy a fleet , or any res there too develop their new planets
and that "wasn't gonna Happen", not if I was online to stop it

I think I still have their whinnin / Bawlin message saved

they never did get a fleet there,
I forced them to "Recall home or destroyed their "Deployment" to the 2 new colonies 4-5 times

so they deleted colonies and went else where,

Its this type of things that create the
Player - vs - Player action Zorg needs,
instead of just
Farmin Fat Cow inactives
