Tweak for Jump Gate Interface

As a noob to Zorg, I've tried to resist my nature and not make suggestions without getting in some play time first. I'll try to hold of on game play ideas for a while, but I do have a few interface ideas.

I believe it would be helpful for the default for jump gate destination to be empty rather than filled by a real location. The reason is to help fools like me from getting in a hurry and jumping to the wrong place. If you didn't set a location the operation would abort, with nothing wasted but time.

On a side note. I saw a "send all" button was approved for the jump gate screen. I don't see one, but I look forward to it.
