It's listed at number 3 as well!

"Zorg Empire
Become a space Emperor. Build up your planets, research new technologies, create spaceships and control the universe!
"

While I'm totally immersed in the game and enjoying myself I still wonder why there are so many rules in place to prevent players from achieving ultimate power. It is after all a game in which players compete to "control the universe". I don't see why the rules on milking and trade shouldn't be changed to allow a future Darth Vader or a Benevolent dictator from taking power of the universe - or trying to. The effect that a dictatorship would have on the rest of the universe would cause a power struggle of immense proportions and would, I'm sure, result in the evolution of some sort of mega alliance in opposition to any evil empire and would make for an interesting game indeed. Ultimately admin is God and and can strip any malevolent dictator of his powers at the press of a button, so I don't see why it would be such a terrible thing to flip the switch and see what would happen in a universe with laws more akin to the world we live in.
I think that this conversation should be brought back up from game suggestions. A lot of people have developed thier empires now, and they shouldn't be limited by rules. If ~V~ wants to put all their strength into 1 godlike player, than let them. I think that bashing, multiplay, and player protection should stay the same, but other than those, the rules aren't necesarry. After RF and the battle sim are up, The game will be in pretty good shape, and stable enough, I think, for this. Please give me your thoughts on this.
