As has been stated before and nooooo doubt will be stated yet again. THe game has periods like this. It slows down. Then, miraculously, it speeds up again as if by magic! A wonderful thing.

Now, if players then moan because all the targets that they previously had are now unavailable to them, then find some more targets. As stated before and nooooo doubt will be again, players are regularly joining the game. Try attacking them.

On another note, if it goes slow, activity drops, what shall I do, hmmm. Perhaps I will stop playing?? That is a really sure way to make the game active don't you think?

Or perhaps, try a little patience? Wait for it to pick up again as it always does? Or is that beyond the attention span of a lot of players?

I have seen players come and go. Newbs who create an account, disappear never to be seen again. Others, more experienced players who moan that it isn't active enough, then go to v mode to really help that said, supposed problem! They nearly always come back. Take the rough with the smooth? NOPE! Take the smooth then moan when it's rough for a little while. When it picks up, come back, raid, then wait for it to go rough again, V MODE! Really helps the game that, dontcha think?

IF you all love the game as much as you seem to be saying, your concerns might suggest this, then keep going, keep plugging away UNTIL it gets better, or do none of you have any staying power and patience?

all players not happy with slowdown in game.., just vmode//. etc/...
just sit back and wait out the quieter period till it speeds up again!....

I think what Oz was saying is that the v-moding and waiting til the game picks up makes the slow period longer; counter-productive, if you will.

and used to sit around ...probe... find nothing or hardly anything.., and FS again..
day after day.... update after update...
eventually I decided to vmode...
as I stopped raiding a while ago..., and was only interested in hitting active players...
which had become scarce...
as a result of them also raiding less..
so
I get his point.., and I tried staying active for a while...
but fleets were very scarce...
so waiting it out is the only option...

This is the top raiders chart so far this week in Xtreme after just 3 days of raiding. This seems like quite a bit of resources to me. Maybe it isn't other players becoming scarce, rather than an increase in the average skill level of players in the server to keep it all hidden.

I would like to point out that those charts are at half or less of what they were 60 days ago. Take that for what you will.

I think Pulsar it's because inactives have been deleted or v moded. As they always have/should be.

The reason I posted that chart was because it shows that players are fighting through the stress of the deletion. People are still finding the resources. Nobody wants an easy game. If you could get billions of resources each week, you could potentially gain a half million points. This is the way the game should be.

yes.., I understand ..,
but there are a min of 4 raiding demons(nesses) not reflected on that chart.. as they in vmode
and at least 4 of the ones on the chart are playing at 20% time to before...
the top raiders used to be at over 3 bil a week....
they .., or some of them got crashed bi monthly...
feeding other fleeters....
who in turn got crashed bi quarterly by the bigger fleeters...
so the cycle was there...
but I get the point...
everyone is happier with the game slowed down...
so if thats the majority of players feeling..
then Zorg was spot on deleting them..
and then its ALL GOOD for the game...
