nuke inactive planets to get df out destroyed building

well a was thinking is it posible to add one more misile that can destroy buildings only on inactive players
also for each destroyed building you get 50% worth cost of that building that creates df

example
a nuke player with mine lv 40 you will get 50 % df of that building price that goes only for metal and crystal no deuterium .
also if a nuke again a will nuke lv 39 mine because it decrased by 1 level

good is for fast resurses however there is always problem about df stealing
bad when players is back he will see mines destroyed and be angry because it

each level of storage hold 500 000 metal 250 000 crystal 150 000 deuterium
also for inactive too

why nuke when you get more in the long run just raiding them?

i'm ambivalent about the case for missiles to destroy buildings... it would need extra defence structures/techs to compensate i think.

however ... especially for inactives there is perhaps more of a case for a maintenance cost to kick in... (to some extent this already applies with the "runaway" fusion plant eating deut...) so say every week a planet is inactive / per 10 raids there is a 1-10% chance of a Building level falling... or output reducing...

personally i'd like to see a maintenance cost aspect included throuhout the game... but this may be a way to start...

i accept that this may in the long run make it more difficult for newer players to gain resources so maybe there is a lower limit of level 10 for res mines to degrade to...

sry man another -1 from me there is already enough free res out there imo we need some fresh blood
