A few days ago an alliance member and myself tactically popped all of Apollyon's moons in hopes that we would see his fleet. After taking them all out nothing showed on lanx so we began hitting potential inactive moons he may be utilizing. The very last moon of 8 or so was the one he was FS from, unfortunately I had fallen asleep and did not see the lanx report until he was 10 minutes from landing. There were multiple failures on my end that allowed him the time he desperately needed to come online and move his fleet with only minutes to spare. Another plan was set in place to take another swing at him but before it could come to fruition, His fleet was spotted sitting idle at another location so I made the move. Rips were left out of the battle as I did not want to expand the window he had due to him getting lucky several times before. Took some damage myself but the spoils more than paid for the losses.

All DF collected and resources cleaned out over the course of several follow ups.
