Not much of a story here, saw he had nice fleet numbers a couple of weeks ago, which got me curious. I haven't been around a ton, but I managed to login to see a circ from Pulsar showing his fleet. I reacted quickly, and hoped. Here's the results.

I'd also like to give Godzilla a huge GLOTR, as he messaged me later and it was circumstances that no one should ever lose a fleet because of. Hope everything gets better soon mate.
