Saw (her?) fleet down for the update a small 260k and started looking for it since she has a tendency of falling asleep, probably due to to much exercise with the cat toys 
Either way while looking I find a generaly lightly defended planet with to my surprise, no moon, no ACS and hardly any ships, but a nice big load of resources.
I talk it over with my newly aquired good friend Dr-J and I decide to risk it being a ninja.
I launch and recall watching for anything. Nothing. I send the real waves and let them him. Rest is history.
