if we are doing the "for the record" bit i will let you know that it was not me that was Phalanx scanning anybody, i dont have a moon in range, the reports were passed to me by someone that does, there has been a lot of hoohar about guys taking advantage of a buged phalanx but all the bugs did for me is cost me a couple of hundred k in deut for a sight seeing tour of the galaxy my fleet went on because the phalanx info was set to another time zone from the server, i even got a PM from admin about it.. lol

indeed this forums is too dead from over modding. As for the game it is nice when the big guys actually hunt down the aggressive hunters that boast about their achievements. Nobody had a problem when RAWK hits small guys there is not need to complain when someone bigger puts the stomp on you.

When I first attacked you, your fleet *was* comparable to mine.

I did not use names in my post. you never caught me so you i would not be so proud. i was a noob back then when you first put your mobile colony next to my first planet. you slowed me down at first, you attacked my low ranked friends "somehow". There is a difference of posting a great hit without names and posting hits with no names.

I can't remember. I was repaying a debt (no questions asked) so I sent my fleet halfway through the galaxy.

I do not, in any way, believe SirD was cheating. A bug *did* take place, in my opinion - but it was not an exploit. Big difference. I think SirD played it 100% honestly and, like he said, just got burned on a bunch of deut (and I got to rebuild a planet's worth of defenses ) ...

makes up for the fact someone reported me and said i was exploiting a bug after asuming the Phalanx reports were mine even though i dont have a moon in the area.. lol (suppose thats why they "thought" i was exploiting a bug, wouldnt have hurt to ask though)

admin sent me a PM telling me off and refering me to the rules about exploiting bugs too..

Well, the bug is that you saw something that wasn't there. Doesn't mean it didn't exist; it just wasn't there.
