You state nothing... The player you speak about farming...Is no longer in this alliance... we took the action that if you look like a farm you are a farm....mostly his fault.
But as SPY said you would have done the same as we did against another...(if you could)... but alas you can't and this is your biggest frustration.. I does not matter who is #1 player or alliance... the jealousy/envy, would still be there. even if it was you...

The best at anything in the world surround them selves with the best they can... AZGD has done the same... We took the essence of SGA and he is not only a great player but has brought insights to our alliance... with his personality... wit and character.

The same can be said of most if not all of AZGD... BonAqua.(sorry to use you as an example bro) This player in almost 3years has never attacked an active player... At one time he had a very big fleet... yet he still only attacked in actives...Yet his strength of character and personality is part of the backbone of this alliance.. (you could never wish to meet a nicer person). Don't get me wrong..BonAqua is more than capable of looking after himself.. as are all here... Torgard...( even I would not to be on the wrong side of Jason) Sprog..( The unstoppable)...Crusher ( Knows how to play, again more than capable) all are capable players..(sorry if I have missed anyone out).. Yet together we are so much better.. A lot of players only wish to join this alliance for protection..(protection from US)..yet all here have proven they do not need it.. why they are here.

The idea of the game is brilliant.. (yes there are still many parts of the game that are lacking)... Yet what brings everyone in ZE together ... Is the opportunity..The chance to play a game(for fun).. break away from RL escape into a world that is not real... Where we each play a game to our own ideas and concepts..

Yes the idea of honor is some what disjointed.. It has been proven stated many times.. Its a WAR game there are few rules or standards in war.. So lets bring what we each can to a game.. It really does not matter what anyone thinks of any of us... what we are in RL is what really matters... here is for fun.. IT IS NOT REAL.

WE can all say do what ever you want in a game ( as longer as it's within ZE rules) it's fine with me.. do what ever will put a smile on your face and make you enjoy the game more....

well i know this is not my last word in this thread i am sure i will find to provide more "insights" to human psychology as i see each of us are kind of have issues to deal with ... common admit it... we all are finding pleasure through raising pain and suffering to other players. that has to be a kind of dark trait right? so yeah i will say its a covenant of crazies.

the idea of honor and gameplay ethics is strictly personal. this games allows every sort of player to mingle with. there is no written preconditions that hey one cant cheat against alliance mates or one player cant back stab the other player.

so i can think of a more honest promo for ze

Zorg Empire the covenant of backstabbers where the biggest jerk gets to brag...

apart from that what everyone said is just personal opinion. there is a list of rule set for the game. as long as those are kept under check you are all good.

lets make this thread productive.

how about we can enforce a few alliance rules?

for example each alliance can be customized to choose to abide by a selection of rules from a pull of rule set.

while forming the alliance the alliance leader check the rules he wants all of the alliance mates to follow, and violating that will result in auto ban from the game?

how do you like that idea?

This thread has done what I had expected, brought out conversation about many parts of the Game,
shown me who knows what and who doesn't, that was my objective,
@ Gozar, you may have taken the essence of SGA when Flapper left to join you, (he is missed)
and that's why we reverted to MOC, as you may have noticed, with Flapper gone, and I wasn't here at the Time, the Alliance didn't miss a step, still flying, raiding, and remain at the top three as usual, so while we may be less civil, more aggressive, we remain an able and skilled group, and in the future all in Extreme will wish we had remained SGA.
@ Spy... that may be a good idea for many Alliances... MOC has no internal problems.

@ Zorg, can we expect a new server in the near future, I can't wait to see if the Big Mouths, have the "Chops" to start over and prove they are "The Best". I have no doubt many will decline, and they know who they are.
In closing, No matter what Alliance you are, if you don't want your members farmed, don't carry farms in your Alliance.

standard/speed/massacre/generals are those not enough?

Spy I think is right, another server wont make the difference, unless there are drastic changes to it to set it apart from the rest of the servers, and games similiar

Well, just came here to see what's been going on these last months..
Sad to say that nothing has changed at all.
I've been participating in another game , just for fun.
Not as intense as i was with Zorg, i log in when i have the time, play for an hour per day and then it's time for RL.
But i must say, the dev and admin team there do keep the servers alive.
Just by spicing up things at regular intervals, adding a new ship every 2 months or so , having a website where they sell all kinds of items for the game and more sh1t.
And the world chat, wow..always activity.
The chat here is a good indication of how inactive and near-dead Zorg has become.
I've been in chat for 2 days and didnt see any activity at all. Heck i even saw my last login in chat from 24 hours ago.
How sad is that?
Better do something ,Zorg.

Kind of getting off topic here though I will say...

All development projects have a lifecycle.

ZE's life cycle is at the stage immediately before it flat lines. Efforts could be taken to revive it but it's a risky proposition and so you make grand statements of coming change to ride out the funds while you try to push something else through the pipe.
