Leader has been messaged, point-ranged covers at least 2 ppl
Alliance Seven Sins (7s) declares war to Alliance The Guardians Of The Universe under the following conditions :
No Mercs
New Members cannot take part in the war
end conditions:
-Surrender
-no active members
-all the members go in v+
-100 mil total dmg
~bashing rule is lifted at 10:00:00 Server time tomorrow~

What constitutes a "new" member? All these wars...we might have to start making rules for one person alliances.

I'd say I should be somehow rewarded! Because of this war the leader of Guard came back to play ... so now it's getting fun 1v4 :-]
EDIT : The Guardian alliance has been reduced to 1 active (probably not even that much) and 1 player in v+ ... pls anounce the 7 winning and lock :-]
