DoctorWho vs Apocalypse (-A-) (2-nd war)

Short story: It was personal with logged. As he always and brags that he's the best, and everyone that declines it - gets "special treatment". The last morning (in server time), he started heavy harassment as personal insults and etc. So I was forced to start hitting his alliance, and his ex-alliance (AoD, as they're still allies with logged).
Thus way, both (-A-) and (AoD) decided that it was alliance thing - let's make it clear: Me vs Apocalypse first, and me vs Angels of Death (To follow, right after).
Rules: Do whatever you want.
End: 05.05.2012, 23:59:59 (Winner = Most TD)
Demise (As leader of -A-) was notified shortly before declaration. Let the best win.
I think those things mention logged and RJ are pre-war...
EDIT: Even if the topic is locked (for you surrendering or something else, I'll redeclare).
And logged: DO NOT MENTION D/B, AS THIS IS THE MAIN TD WEAPON YOU USE DURING WARS. Now there is no d/b possible for you - let's see what you can do now.

You can't "Decline" a war.
Already told you something like "If you don't wanna participate. State it, and if there is any TD against you, I'll not post it in CR."
And I'll add to that: "If you stated the thing above, all TD between us will be posted if you post any TD against me"

Take it as you will, me saying decline, means you can call it a surrender or whatever, but the war isn't happening.

Well, let the admins state if it's possible to decline a war. If it's possible - then there's a loophole in it. And I will use it against you.

once again, I already said you can take it as a surrender, re declaring will get you the same outcome.

I told you - as long as you keep surrendering, I'll redeclare.
Alliance with 10 mil point on their knees infront of 200k points guy... Isn't that pathetic?
And this will happen. No matter if you decline, surrender or whatever you do. If Zorg says that your decline is accepted - I can make the "war" in CR part... Simple as that: it WILL happen.
And you wanna wait for admin opinion on your "Decline" or you wanna keep saying it over and over and over again?
EDIT: If you're declining because of the terms - surrender and declare war on me, on your terms. Or I can simply add them in the first post (if you state them).
