i dont get what the point of this war is?
you could get a total noob against IB and have him win so long as the time limit is low enough they cant launch back.

con it would take you 3 days to be able to launch back on someone now thats just sad.... if 72 hours isnt long eneough for some one to retailiate they arnt aactive eneough...
also time limit reached LOCKED
