Deidara as the leader of Shining Winds I fail to recognize your alliance as having the capability of declaring war under this statute if you read the terms.

However that said, the issue is over how many resources? I would be willing to pay you the difference in metal and crystal if that is the issue. I really do not want the stress of a war on my hands. I would sooner go on vacation mode instead of deal with that.

-Alliances are allowed to declare war on individuals and vice versa, the maximum number of wars that an alliance can have on individuals at any one time is two. The maximum amount of wars that individuals can have on alliances at any one time is one.
