-Because I just started playing this game and with many of us newbies out there we can work upwards together with all members at the same experience levels
-No Wars will be waged without total confirmation from at least 1/2 of the alliance

Also on another note.....
- This is a democratic alliance we vote on ranks and posistions and with enough support yes you may overthrow the leader and select someone new
