Probably b/c everyone is still building up their own armies and buildings. Give it time for the game to grow some more.

let em build?have u seen the top alliancs?their in the millions,asguard is number 1 and hate to say it but war might b the only thing to remove em,i mean for real?build up ur kidding right?i build faster when hitting ppl more res so wouldent allainces build faster too?

Secondly, if you want to war AZG, go ahead and war them. See how successful it is when everyone one of them can attack you as often as they want o.O

Anyway, like I said, Wars are trivial at the moment. You gain nothing out of it, except a temporary lift of the bashing rule. But really, how profitable is it going to be after the fifth attack? Even if he had 5mil of each resource, the amount left after 5 attacks (If you got the max resources each time) would be very little (I think just over 150k).

Wars offer no ACTUAL reward. So no one really cares about warring, except the people that whine because someone passed gas in their systems o.O

Urweird has the reason I won't permit it. There is no profit in war regardless of the incentive. None.
