Need new Alliance

Finally taking it to coming back. Will be very soon that I do. I just need an active alliance to join or I will end up being a loner......But I dont know who or what the game has become since its been a very long time since i played. Also I am no longer going to fleet. I am just going to build. 
I dont have the want to fleet anymore I guess. Anywho.....if anyone know anything let me know.
