Trade Building

i would like to have a trade building where we could trade resources and even ships.

let say the lvl 1 could trade any combine resources or ships up to 20.000.000 Metal each 24 hours, each level up increases 20% the amount.

Creation of an open market table where we can post our offers to all community who accept it firs close the deal, automatic transfer of goods !

About the building costs and ratio, the Dev team or community can decide

Hmm. I like the idea of instant trading. Low-game has that I think. Not sure about it being a building though. Maybe like a chart where you post what you want, and what for it, and when someone else does the inverse of a trade, the switch happens.

EX.

PLAYER TRADING WANTS
hgoufw 12m/0/0 0/4m/2m.

Then uhfw2 enters his trade into the table.

PLAYER TRADING WANTS
hgoufw 12m/0/0 0/4m/2m.
uhfw2 0/0/2m 6m/0/0.

Trade occurs. uhfw2 is taken off the table.

PLAYER TRADING WANTS
hgoufw 6m/0/0 0/4m/0.

Now gbfbg comes along, and enters his trade.

PLAYER TRADING WANTS
hgoufw 6m/0/0 0/4m/0.
gbfbg 0/4m/0 6m/0/0.

As you can see, the idea is pretty simple. Older trades have priority to get theirs done by the computer first.
If the entire trade can't be completed, part of it is done, and each player is at least had a little of their trade completed.
The rest of their trade will stay in the system until it can be completed.
