I seem to run into a problem when the founder of an alliance circulars a certain rank within the alliance but can't get any messages back from that faction, so here's my suggestion. If the alliance found would be able to receive all messages that are sent in circular from any rank, then the found can view and control the alliance with more ease and without the hassle of getting that whole rank in chat, etc... simple enough right?
