please limit vacation mode to max 30 days

1. Just before some quit they entered vac mode.
After some time of vacation(30 days proposed) make people show with (i) beside their name on galactic map.
2. Some quit and before that they turned mines production off.
Please turns mines of inactives on. Or better: scrap mines turning on and off option.
