possible to link alliances thru chat only?So say you have Alliance 'A' and they dont wish to expand.But in lue of expansion they was able to link to an alliance 'B' thru circs only.

so what i am looking for is retain normal alliance circs but add a secondary circ that went thru both alliances.A link alliance tab for leaders of established alliances would be needed.
