True, but 1. this is a game 2. adding this option would tip the scales in favor of the big players that have the resources to invest in upgrading the various techs (allowing higher levels of graviton alone to increase power would allow RIP fleets to dominate)

i avoue but we should do something like 0.5%more or something like that,and also it would be nice that there would bi a montruous costing tech that it would reduce the deut consuption

oh and defence dosent get reused to 70%chance more that there is more the lost.i know that zorg will not want to change this but it would be nice that it would be the real percentage
