X-TREME - MD Restriction lifted for wars.

As the title states, I suggest that in the event of a war the MD restrictions too are lifted 24 hours after declaration.
So when the bashing rule is lifted, so too is MD restriction of only 4 per day. This gives each alliance the ability to destroy as many moons as it takes to get the target fleets.
(For playerbase better info, MD restrictions are currently only active in X-TREME after the playerbase suggested it at this thread: viewtopic.php?f=45&t=6475 ~Zorg )
