Tweak for Jump Gate Interface

As a noob to Zorg, I've tried to resist my nature and not make suggestions without getting in some play time first. I'll try to hold of on game play ideas for a while, but I do have a few interface ideas.

I believe it would be helpful for the default for jump gate destination to be empty rather than filled by a real location. The reason is to help fools like me from getting in a hurry and jumping to the wrong place. If you didn't set a location the operation would abort, with nothing wasted but time.

On a side note. I saw a "send all" button was approved for the jump gate screen. I don't see one, but I look forward to it.

Me too,And your other suggestion is a bit of sense too imo. haven't jumped to wrong galaxy yet but def accident waiting to happen 8).

I've jumped carelessly before, but only once cuz I made sure not to make that noob mistake. If u leave that part blank like u are suggesting its only going to take more time to type it in, so I am against it personally. As to the "all ships" idea....I love the idea.

Other than the time the right planet is in the select box, this wouldn't cost you time. I like the drop down menu, just not that a location is preloaded.

I‘ve jumped to the wrong galaxy before, given the amount of times I use the JG I‘m surprised its not more.
This is a great suggestion!

It would not slow down the process either which is a bonus.

Bump. I'd love to see more discussion, input into this.

It's a relatively minor tweak, certainly do-able, and ought not impact mechanics of game play

Yip. It's just to help prevent silly errors and save some unneeded frustration. I can't see how it gives anyone an advantage or disadvantage.
