One page fleet screen

Ok this one seems fairly obvious.
In order to send my ships out for any type of mission I have to navigate throught 3 different pages.
Fleet selection
Coordinate input
And finally mission selection

Every time I navigate through this process I load 3 pages, which takes time and consumes bandwidth.
Seems streamlining this process would save time and bandwidth, which saves dollars for zorg.
If it doesn't make dollars then it doesnt make sense. :)

I like the way u approached it, but there is a slight complication about this change.

It would slightly increase the difficulty for lanxors (I MADE UP A WORD), as it is now, people who get caught under lanx, cannot escape if the attacking fleet hits within 5 seconds of your fleet landing . If this is changed, maybe 3 seconds is all you need to escape an attacking fleet (trying to catch your fleet).

It's not a big problem I guess, with a good calculation and dependable internet connection, phalanx would still be deadly.

Other than that, good idea.

perhaps this is why you werent able to move your ships out of the way of my mighty fleet last night.....this lengthy process :)

Thanks :)
If you can click fast enough you can probably beat a 5 second lanxer. (nice word)
3 seconds would still be certain death, but this could possibly be alleviated with an automatic 2 second hold time for all landing fleet.
Even Nascar pit crews take a few seconds to refuel their vehicles and they use professional gas pourers.

Dude why dont you troll elsewhere .
How about we let everyone know how lame you are that your mighty fleet blew up 20 large cargos on 3 different planets.
Get off my post unless you have something constructive to say about the topic, instead of always trolling my post.
Your like a stalker, You need proffessional help.

anyways back on topic, no more trolls please.

constructive....lets see. quit whining like a baby. ive not read one other complaint that sending fleets out is too "lengthy" of a process. whats next, you lose all your ships and resource because the login process is too complicated?

tick tock, hunting season is open :)

I disagree with a one page fleet screen. I sometimes play on my phone and anything with more scrolling just tends to be a big hassle. Also take into consideration those who use laptops with a touchpad instead of with a mouse and the same scrolling issues tend to arise.

i second that. also one page fleeting will make it way more harder for slow speed nets. sorry for nagging around with slow net but it is a fact.

For those with the touchpads use the arrow keys.
As for the phone issue I use a phone too.
Blackberries suck so eventually I will get a droid.
But my phone is for emergencies like when i'm out.
And finally with the slow net issue what takes longer, loading 1 page or loading 3?
Bottom line is the bottom line, saving bandwidth saves money.
You still have to input the same information, you just dont have to navigate through multiple pages to do so.
This actually might not save anyone any time fleet saving, so I dont think it will effect the lanxers.
What this does effect is ease of use and bandwidth.
