I thought of the new building because we have a new space warships. Here are my ideas:

because a lot of resources spent on solar satellites to get a new solar power plant, which will be called graviton solar plant.

Looking at the build costs, the only people who would actually be able to make use of this building would be top ranked players since it would be difficult for anyone else to even build up enough resources
