In my opinion while at vmode u shouldnt be able to see if there is any ACS operation is at work. restrict vmoders from viewing if there is any ACS attack going on.

Why? This way an ally can get out of v mode and help out a friend if needed.

hmmmm i didnt think of that guess we are not always all knowing. i withdraw the suggestion if no one has anything new to support it. lock if u like.
