Resource limit notification in empire view

Simple enough the resource amount is red on empire view as it is on planet overhead on this way you can see which planets are a t max capacity quickly without clicking and re-clicking each planet.

I think it should be up to the player to keep track through Empire Menu.

It seems that the empire menu needs a lot of work, good idea triad.

This idea is not about improving storage it is about making it so you can see if you have exceeded the storage capacity of your storage unit while looking at all of your planets in empire view.
